A Site Manager is needed for an established Fitout Company to oversee large commercial projects in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multiple Fitout projects.

Role

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and building regulations throughout the project.
• Oversee construction activities to align with the program schedule, budget, and project specifications.
• Promote efficient collaboration by organizing Site Meetings with the Design Team and subcontractors.
• Monitor and guide site staff and subcontractors to uphold high construction quality standards.
• Coordinate the flow of information among the Construction Team, subcontractors, and site personnel, ensuring it is accurate and timely.

Requirements

• Trade background or Degree qualified.
• Fit-out experience in Ireland or the UK.
