Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is representing a leading Dublin-based fit-out contractor hiring a Site Manager to run commercial interior projects. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time and to the highest standards.

Requirements include 5+ years in site management for fit-out or commercial construction, strong leadership, and solid health & safety knowledge. A Safe Pass and full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a Site Manager within fit-out or commercial construction.
• Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety.
• Safe Pass and a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from start to finish.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
• Monitor programme and project progress.
• Ensure health & safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and the project team.
• Manage snagging and handovers.
