Job summary

Flynn is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead operations on a Dublin City Centre project. You will ensure that work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality, with a background in fit-out.

The role reports to Project Managers / Contracts Manager and sits within a high-performing team. You will manage subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships, and drive programmes while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction site operations.
• Proficient with MS Office and project scheduling tools.
• Strong client and design-team liaison skills.
• Keen eye for finishes and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, safety, and quality to meet programme and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors to complete work with minimal rework.
• Report progress to project managers and contracts manager.
• Plan and execute works per contract documents and schedule.
