Job summary

Flynn is seeking a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations in Dublin City Centre, with a focus on safety, quality and timely delivery of fit-out projects. The role requires strong collaboration with design teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure snag-free completion.

The candidate should have a proven track record in live environment fit-out projects, familiarity with digital construction tools, and excellent communication skills to maintain client relations and manage project

Qualifications

• Experience leading site teams on fit-out projects in live environments.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and QA processes.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time and to spec.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations ensuring safety, quality and schedule.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and supply chain.
• Report progress to project management and client representatives.
• Plan and execute works per contract documents and program.
