Cpl Healthcare are seeking a Person in Charge (Social Care Leader) for a Galway-based service delivering community-based supports for people with intellectual disability. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Operational Supports & Services and ensures the service aligns with the organisation's strategic plan to provide exceptional care.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in a management role in health or social care, a relevant degree (level 7) with NMB registration,

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years in a management or supervisory role in health or social care.
• Professional degree (minimum level 7) in Applied Social Studies or Intellectual Disability, Psychiatric Nursing and current NMB registration.
• A relevant management qualification.
• Proven track record of managing a residential service meeting quality and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of budget management.
• Experience in report writing, personal support plans, people and roster management.
• Full current driving licence with access to own vehicle.
• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
