Job summary

Barden is hiring a Payroll Systems Analyst to lead SAP Payroll and Time & Attendance for employees in Ireland and the UK. You will bridge HR, Payroll and IT, translate business needs into clear requirements, and own system releases, upgrades and compliance.

You will train key users and drive improvements as we build our own IT function. Ideally you bring senior SAP Payroll experience, hands-on Time & Attendance exposure, and strong independent working skills to collaborate with stakeholders at

Qualifications

• Senior SAP Business Analyst with payroll experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and turning them into user stories or specs.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and drive payroll IT projects.

Responsibilities

• Become the main point of contact between Payroll and SAP for the business.
• Gather requirements and turn them into functional specs and user stories.
• Own the SAP Payroll and Time & Attendance systems, from releases to upgrades.
• Keep the system current with Irish and UK payroll regulatory changes.
• Test enhancements and advise developers on expected system behaviour.
• Build user guides and train key users across HR and Payroll.
