Job summary

Barden is hiring a Payroll Systems Analyst to lead SAP Payroll and Time & Attendance for employees in Ireland and the UK. You will bridge HR, Payroll and IT, translate business needs into clear requirements, and own system releases, upgrades and compliance.

You will train key users and drive improvements as we build our own IT function. Ideally you bring senior SAP Payroll experience, hands-on Time & Attendance exposure, and strong independent working skills to collaborate with stakeholders at

Barden is delighted to partner with a large, established Irish organisation as they look to hire a Payroll Systems Analyst. The business is building its own IT function, and this role will become the lead SAP business analyst for payroll, supporting around 2,000 monthly and hourly paid employees across Ireland and the UK.

You will sit between HR, Payroll, and IT, turning business needs into clear requirements and keeping the SAP Payroll and Time & Attendance systems running smoothly. With a year of structured knowledge transfer from the existing support team, you will have time to find your feet before taking full ownership next autumn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Become the main point of contact between Payroll and SAP for the business.

ABOUT THE PERSON

• Senior SAP Business Analyst experience, ideally in a similar role elsewhere.
• Hands-on exposure to SAP Payroll, with Time & Attendance a plus.
• A solid grasp of payroll processes from a systems perspective.
• Irish or UK payroll exposure an advantage.
• Confident working independently and with stakeholders at all levels.
