Job summary

Merkle in Dublin is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead medium to large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will own end-to-end projects, foster client relationships, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with expectations.

As part of the Merkle network within Dentsu, you will guide project documentation, testing, risk management and cross‑functional collaboration, driving continuous improvement across the delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations.
• Ability to manage client relationships and deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning, execution and delivery for Salesforce implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Allocate tasks and lead project teams across departments.
• Identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Create project documentation including plans, status reports, risk logs.
• Support development tasks and advise on technical design.
