Job summary

dentsuaegis is seeking a Lead Salesforce Solution Architect in Ireland to deliver senior technical leadership across Salesforce engagements. You will design scalable, secure architectures, guide delivery teams and promote best practices while collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.

The role requires strong experience in LWC, Apex, and integrations, with a track record of guiding complex Salesforce deployments from design through deployment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions, including senior technical roles.
• Strong experience leading architecture and technical delivery of complex Salesforce implementations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee secure, robust and scalable Salesforce architectures across multiple client engagements.
• Lead design workshops to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical oversight across projects and teams.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, standards and security guidelines.
• Oversee development, integrations, CI/CD, testing and deployment activities.
• Mentor Architects, Tech Leads and Developers, fostering technical excellence.
• Support presales, discovery and solution shaping for new client opportunities.
