Job summary

E-Frontiers is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential construction projects across County Meath and surrounding areas. You will oversee from pre-construction to completion, ensuring safety, programme adherence and quality while coordinating clients, design teams and subcontractors.

The role focuses on housing developments and apartment schemes, with a strong emphasis on programme control, budget management and stakeholder communication. A full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in construction-related field.
• Proven PM experience in Irish construction, residential projects preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of drawings, specs and quality requirements.
• Familiar with safety legislation and Building Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for delivery of housing and apartment projects.
• Manage projects from pre-construction through handover.
• Develop detailed programmes and monitor milestones.
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor costs, budgeting and procurement.
• Lead site teams and communicate with clients and consultants.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance.
