Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company in Galway is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to lead the financial delivery on multi-million-euro construction projects. You will manage budgeting, cost control, cash flow, and subcontract procurement, ensuring accuracy of monthly reports and project forecasts.

You will work with the Contracts Manager and Project Manager, supervising junior staff on commercial tasks, and using CostX, SAP and SharePoint to maintain budgets and payments.

Responsibilities

• Take full financial responsibility for the project.
• Prepare cash flow for the project.
• Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract Programme.
• Prepare and value progress and final payments in connection with the contract.
• Maintain budgets, cost codes and forecast documentation.
• Procurement of subcontractors and tender analysis.
