Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company is recruiting a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning team in Dublin. This role covers subcontract procurement, cost/value forecasting, and monthly project reporting for multi-million-euro projects.

Key duties include cash flow preparation, tender analysis, subcontractor selection, and variation management, with a focus on cost control and value engineering in collaboration with the Design Team and Contracts/Project Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry is essential.
• Third level Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years+ experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK on €/£10m+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract Programme.
• Remeasure/ tender analysis and procurement tracking.
• Select Subcontractors and manage Tender packages.
• Carry out value engineering with the Design Team and Contracts Manager.
• Manage Subcontract payments, variations and change orders.
