Job summary

JJ Rhatigan & Company is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join our award-winning team in Dublin. The role covers subcontract procurement, cost forecasting, budget controls and the preparation of payments and valuations for contracts and subcontracts.

The successful candidate will remeasure packages, prepare tender packs, select subcontractors, manage procurement schedules and conduct tender analyses to ensure fully priced bids.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Construction Industry is essential.
• Third level Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years+’ experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK on €/£10m+ projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash flow for the project based on the Contract Programme.
• Carry out tender analysis to ensure fully priced tenders.
• Manage Subcontractor payments and contract documents.
• Set up Subcontractor payments and track change orders.
