Job summary

Rent a Recruiter is partnering with a specialist fit-out and interior refurbishment contractor to hire an experienced Project Manager in Dublin for a permanent, full-time position. The role requires ownership of the project delivery from conception to handover along with leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, manage subcontractors, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and maintain safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing construction projects for a main contractor.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract awareness.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and the drive to meet deadlines.
• A team player who shows sound judgement under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and organise projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to agreed quality and standards.
• Enforce all Health & Safety procedures on site.
• Coordinate all project activities to align with specifications and company standards.
• Resolve critical site issues quickly and effectively.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure alignment with project objectives.
