Job summary

Rent a Recruiter partner company seeks a highly skilled Site Manager to join a Dublin-based team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will take ownership of day-to-day site delivery and drive the successful completion of high-quality interior construction projects.

You will work closely with an experienced senior team, including the MD, Contracts Manager, and Senior Project Manager, fostering collaboration and delivering on-time results. Attractive benefits and long-term development are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, ideally across Fitouts or Commercial.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office); full clean driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activity to meet programme, budget, and safety targets.
• Supervise subcontractors and trades on site.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Review and implement project plans and specifications.
• Report progress, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes.
• Promote a positive site culture and high standards of quality control.
