Gedon Executive is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-spec fit-out and refurbishment projects in Dublin. You will manage programmes, budgets and coordination with architects, designers, MEP and contractors, ensuring finish quality within live environments.

The role offers a base salary of €95,000–€110,000, car allowance, pension and healthcare, with clear progression toward Contracts Manager and Project Director as demand in the Dublin market remains strong.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering fit-out, refurbishment or finishes-led projects.
• Track record delivering high-specification commercial, workplace, hospitality or retail environments.
• Strong programme management skills for fast-moving, short-duration projects.
• Experience working within occupied or live buildings is advantageous.
• Sound commercial awareness and confidence managing change on tight programmes.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and a genuine eye for finish quality.
• Degree or trade background in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.

Our client is a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor with a premium position in the Dublin market. They deliver high-specification workplace, hospitality and retail environments for corporate occupiers, landlords and international brands.

Their reputation rests on finish quality and programme reliability — two things that matter enormously in a sector where clients are moving into the space the moment it completes. That reputation has made them a preferred contractor for a number of blue-chip occupiers who return to them for successive projects.

The business has grown consistently as demand for workplace upgrades, sustainability retrofits and category-A and B refurbishment has increased across the city. Their order book is strong and increasingly negotiated rather than tendered.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT & PROJECTS

You will manage high-specification fit-out and refurbishment projects across Dublin, typically running to tight programmes within occupied or live buildings. The work is varied, fast-paced and highly finish-driven.

You will work closely with architects, designers, MEP consultants and specialist subcontractors, often from an early stage, contributing to buildability and programme strategy before works begin on site.

The nature of the sector means you will manage several projects or phases at different stages, giving significant variety and the chance to build relationships with a wide range of clients across the commercial property market.

WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
