Qualifikationen

• Relevant third level degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager on large refurbishment and fit-out projects.
• Preferably progressed through the ranks with a main building contractor.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Delivery: Manage, coordinate & execute the full project scope of works, including site activities, ensuring H&S, Design, Technical, Quality, Program and Commercial objectives.
• Team: Lead, manage and motivate team members; develop relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and all project stakeholders.
• Thinking: Promote continuous improvement & best practice; explore new methods, approaches and technologies to improve project delivery.
• Planning: Execute ongoing short to medium term project planning to mitigate risks and deliver on stakeholder expectations.
