Job summary

Gedon Executive is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-spec fit-out and refurbishment projects in Dublin. You will manage programmes, budgets and coordination with architects, designers, MEP and contractors, ensuring finish quality within live environments.

The role offers a base salary of €95,000–€110,000, car allowance, pension and healthcare, with clear progression toward Contracts Manager and Project Director as demand in the Dublin market remains strong.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering fit-out, refurbishment or finishes-led projects.
• Track record delivering high-specification commercial, workplace, hospitality or retail environments.
• Strong programme management skills for fast-moving, short-duration projects.
• Experience working within occupied or live buildings is advantageous.
• Sound commercial awareness and confidence managing change on tight programmes.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and a genuine eye for finish quality.
• Degree or trade background in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover
• Control programme, budget, procurement and resource planning across live projects
• Coordinate specialist subcontractors, designers and MEP teams throughout delivery
• Act as the principal point of contact for clients, design teams and building management
• Manage works within occupied or live buildings, including phasing, access and out-of-hours activity
• Oversee contract administration, change control, risk management and project reporting
• Drive quality, finish standards, health and safety performance across all works
• Manage handover, snagging and closeout to the high standards the sector demands
