Job summary

PE Global are partnering with a tier 1 residential development contractor with Dublin offices to recruit a Construction & Development Manager for the Greater Dublin area. The role centres on technical planning, coordination and delivery of large housing projects, overseeing feasibility, design reviews, procurement and construction through to handover.

The ideal candidate has an engineering background, 5–10 years of project delivery experience, and a strong understanding of Irish planning and

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural or Building Services.
• 5–10 years in engineering or development delivery.
• Experience on large-scale residential/mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of Irish planning, Building Regulations and BCAR.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction & Development Director from feasibility through to completion.
• Review engineering/architectural designs for buildability and cost efficiency.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams including architects, engineers, planning consultants and cost consultants.
• Assist in planning applications and procurement processes.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and programme delivery on site.
• Ensure compliance with Irish regulations, BCAR and health & safety standards.
