Mimica is building an AI-powered platform that maps and optimizes human work, enabling faster delivery and better automation. We’re expanding our Platform Team with a DevOps/Platform Engineer who will own and evolve multi‑region infrastructure, IAM, and GitOps across cloud providers.

Qualifications

Hands-on Kubernetes experience on GKE or EKS, with RBAC and live debugging.
Terraform as primary IaC tool; Terragrunt knowledge is a plus.
IAM and identity management on GCP or AWS.
Experience with ArgoCD for continuous delivery.
Observability tooling with Honeycomb, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic.
Proficient in Python to automate platform tasks.
Experience in startups or scale-ups; comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong communication and collaboration to translate infra complexity.

Responsibilities

Support engineering teams with mature, resilient apps on GKE; unblock issues quickly.
Develop and maintain infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform and ArgoCD.
Manage multi‑region GKE environments with IAM on cloud providers.
Investigate and triage issues; monitor health and support SDLC.
Contribute to migrating IaC to Crossplane and design multi‑region patterns.
Drive FinOps initiatives to manage cloud spend across accounts.
Help design access patterns for BYOC and single‑tenancy environments.
Instrument observability with Honeycomb and Grafana.
