Job summary

Camunda is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a remote team focused on building an AI-driven infrastructure platform. You will ensure the continuous delivery and improvement of the platform while fostering a culture of empathy and autonomy. Qualifications

• Experience in transforming teams into AI-native and/or automation-first teams.
• Background in technical product management or strong product thinking.
• Experience implementing FinOps practices and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous delivery and improvement of the infrastructure platform.
• Guide the team through reduction of manual work using AI-driven approaches.
• Prepare, define and execute strategy for CI/CD and artifact distribution systems.
• Grow, mentor, and coach a team of four Infrastructure engineers.
