Job summary

Mimica is building AI-powered process intelligence to help teams reclaim time and work with greater impact. You will join the Mapper Team to produce and service Process Maps that are core to the product, taking ownership of end-to-end features and architectural decisions to enable exponential growth.

You’ll work in a bottom-up culture where engineers identify pain points, iterate on solutions, and shape the technical direction, processes and culture of the Engineering org and Team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Strong experience with React and front-end architecture.
• Knowledge of data-intensive applications and systems.
• Deep understanding of performance optimization techniques.
• Previous backend experience is valued.
• Committed to high engineering standards and clean, testable code.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end, from design to observability.
• Fluent English with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-visualisation applications and features to display large data properties with scalability and reliability.
• Build interfaces and real-time frontend services enabling multi-user graph data editing and AI model retraining through input.
• Own projects end-to-end within small teams, collaborating with team leads and product managers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and document implementations for product improvements.
• Improve team processes and rituals to increase effectiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback via RFCs and code reviews, helping others learn.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
