Mimica is hiring for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join the Mapper Team. You will own data-visualisation features and real-time frontend services that visualize large process data and enable collaborative editing.

You'll work end-to-end on features, architects choices for scalable frontends, and mentor others while shaping Mimica's engineering culture. This fully remote role welcomes international candidates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong frontend focus.
• Proven expertise in React and modern state management.
• Experience with performance optimization and scalable frontends.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-visualisation apps and features for displaying large data properties with scalability and reliability.
• Build real-time frontend services enabling multiple users to edit graph data and retrain AI models.
• Own projects end-to-end within small teams, collaborating with tech leads and product managers.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and cross-team improvements with documentation.
• Improve internal processes and rituals to increase team effectiveness.
• Provide constructive feedback via RFCs, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members.
