Job summary
QT Technologies Ireland Limited, part of Qualcomm's Dtech team in Cork, is seeking a senior PD lead to drive the physical design of critical testchip blocks and to deliver digital sensor IP for leading SOCs.
You will mentor a team of PD engineers, collaborate across sites, optimize flows with Innovus, Primetime, and Calibre, and contribute to advanced technology node designs in a dynamic, multinational environment.
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent with 7+ years of ASIC design/verification.
- Experience with PNR, STA and physical verification on advanced nodes.
- Strong understanding of physical design fundamentals and custom circuit design.
- Familiarity with SPICE simulation and industry standard tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead physical design of critical blocks on testchip and deliver digital sensor IP.
- Mentor and manage a team of PD engineers across sites.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize design flows using leading EDA tools.
- Contribute to design enablement on latest tech nodes.
