Qualifications

• 4+ years of ASIC physical design experience.
• Experience from netlist to GDS flow (Floorplanning, Power, Placement/CTS/Routing).
• Strong STA and timing-closure knowledge.
• Automation skills with Perl and TCL to develop flows.

Responsibilities

• Work on physical implementation from floorplan to GDS for high-speed designs.
• Develop flows and scripts to push PPA limits in physical design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timing, power optimization, and congestion.
• Analyze industry trends to align with best practices.
• Perform complex data analyses to track benchmarks and identify improvements.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure innovative designs meet high standards.
