Job summary

Ardonagh Europe seeks an experienced Team Leader to guide the Personal Lines group in the MidWest region of Ireland, driving income targets and overseeing placement strategy. You will provide management information to the Leadership Team and ensure effective processes and compliance within a dynamic environment.

The role covers monthly and annual targets across new and existing business, with collaboration across departments to maintain service levels and performance.
