Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial Oracle DBA experience across Windows and Linux/Unix
• Experience with Oracle RAC (5+ years)
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills
• Hands-on Oracle database configuration and administration
• Experience with Azure SQL Database and cloud/SaaS environments

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Database Administrators and Data Engineers
• Provide day-to-day line management, performance management and coaching
• Mentor team, drive knowledge-transfer and best practices
• Oversee database maintenance, recovery, and performance-tuning across environments
• Manage database schemas, migrations and data transfer tasks
• Collaborate with Development, Operations and Support to address database requirements
