Job summary

Archer Recruitment Pte Ltd is seeking a Cyber Security & IT Infrastructure Lead to own cybersecurity across a growing international organisation based in Galway. You will drive security strategy, enhance infrastructure resilience and ensure regulatory compliance while shaping the security function within a flat, collaborative structure.

The role offers hands-on ownership with autonomy to implement policies, improve incident response, and oversee MSP activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or IT security.
• Strong knowledge of networks, firewalls, VPNs and infrastructure security.
• Experience implementing security policies and documentation.
• Familiarity with NIS2 or ISO 27001 compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity across the group and drive security strategy.
• Develop and implement security policies and controls.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Oversee incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
