Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead a major transformation across Ireland and internationally. The role offers hybrid work with about two days per week in the office and end-to-end ownership of security strategy and governance.

You will guide risk assessments, mature security capabilities, and provide clear guidance to senior decision-makers while embedding security by design in a Dynamics 365 transformation.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in cybersecurity leadership across large-scale transformations.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, and security architecture for enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to translate cyber risk to senior non-technical stakeholders and manage external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk assessments and security roadmaps.
• Embed security by design across a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation.
• Lead third-party security partners, incident preparedness and executive risk reporting.
