Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead a major transformation across Ireland and internationally. The role offers hybrid work with about two days per week in the office and end-to-end ownership of security strategy and governance.

You will guide risk assessments, mature security capabilities, and provide clear guidance to senior decision-makers while embedding security by design in a Dynamics 365 transformation.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in cybersecurity leadership across large-scale transformations.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, and security architecture for enterprise initiatives.
• Ability to translate cyber risk to senior non-technical stakeholders and manage external partners.

This is a senior cybersecurity leadership role where you’ll shape and deliver security strategy, strengthen governance, and help ensure security is embedded by design across a major technology transformation. Working closely with the CIO, IT leadership, and external partners, you’ll assess risk, mature security capabilities, and provide clear, practical guidance to senior decision-makers.

In this position, you’ll work across security architecture, risk management, governance, vendor oversight, and incident preparedness, with a particular focus on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 transformation. You’ll have the opportunity to influence technology decisions, engage with senior governance forums, and build a security roadmap aligned with evolving business and regulatory requirements.

Salary/Remuneration:

Upto€160,000+10%bonusandmorebenefits.
