Job summary

Archer in Galway is seeking an IT/CyberSecurity Lead to own cybersecurity across a growing international organisation. You will work with the Group IT Manager to strengthen security, develop policies, and drive regulatory compliance.

With a hands-on remit and autonomy, you will shape the security function, influence decisions, and deliver meaningful improvements across infrastructure, incident response, disaster recovery, and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT security or related technical role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs and infrastructure security.
• Experience creating and maintaining security policies and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own cybersecurity across an expanding international group.
• Drive security policies, compliance, risk management and audits.
• Strengthen incident response, business continuity and disaster recovery.
