Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience working with young people.
• Relevant qualification in Social Care or related field.
• Knowledge of National Standards for Residential Centres.
• Experience as a Social Care Leader or equivalent qualification.
• Must register or have application for registration with CORU.
• History of competence in management.
