Orange Recruitment is seeking a Senior Social Care Manager for a Children’s Residential Home in Ireland. The role requires extensive leadership experience and a proven track record in social care management.

The ideal candidate will hold a QQI Level 8 in Social Science/Social Studies/Social Care, be registered or registered submitted with CORU, and have excellent communication skills to lead staff and deliver high-quality care. A driving licence is preferred, with good bus access.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Social Care Manager in children’s residential care.
• QQI Level 8 in Social Science / Social Studies / Social Care.
• CORU registration or registration submitted.
• Full driving licence preferred; accessible by bus routes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with staff and management.
• Strong team player with demonstrated management competence.
