Job summary

SEI Investments is seeking a Supervisor, Centralised Operations to manage daily reconciliations for Syndicated and Private Debt Loans within Alternative Funds. You will oversee the Investment Operations Team and partner with internal departments to ensure accurate processing in Geneva and related systems.

The role requires 3–4 years in fund operations, solid knowledge of Geneva/Markit, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in Business, Finance or IT.
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in Fund operations (Alternatives/Hedge Funds).
• Working knowledge of Geneva or similar fund accounting systems.
• Knowledge of reconciling bank debt with broker statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operational and staffing aspects of the Investment Operations Team.
• Reconcile daily activity using reconciliation system(s).
• Review bank debt transactions and clear reconciliation breaks in Geneva Fund Accounting system.
• Coordinate information between investment managers, agent banks and accounting teams.
