Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks an Assistant Manager, Loan Operations to lead daily loan operations and support the Manager in ensuring consistent delivery across private credit and syndicated loans.

You will oversee workflows, data integrity in Geneva, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues, while mentoring analysts and advancing process improvements in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fund administration, investment operations or loan servicing.
• Experience leading people or workflows in a supervisory role.
• Practical knowledge of loan structures and lifecycle events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows, allocate work and ensure client deliverables meet deadlines and controls.
• Assist Manager with resource planning, capacity management and cross-training.
• Escalate complex loan lifecycle events and provide guidance on deviations.
• Maintain loan asset, facility and contract data in Geneva and related platforms with high accuracy.
• Coordinate with investment managers, banks and teams to resolve data-quality issues.
• Monitor exceptions and ensure root causes are documented and addressed.
• Conduct quality reviews of high-risk activity with audit trails.
• Develop and improve operating procedures, reports and client communications.
• Contribute to onboarding, conversions and change initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processing and reporting.
