SEI Investments in Dublin is seeking an Assistant Manager, Loan Operations to support the Manager in day-to-day leadership and oversight of the Loan Operations function.

You will oversee loan set-up, lifecycle-event processing, reconciliations, data quality, and operational controls, coordinating with investment managers, agent banks, and client teams to ensure accurate, timely deliverables and excellent service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in fund administration, investment operations or loan servicing.
• Experience leading people or workflows in supervisory/assistant-manager roles.
• Knowledge of loan structures, lifecycle events, funded/unfunded commitments, interest/fees.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily loan operations workflows, allocations and client deliverables.
• Support resource planning, capacity management and cross-training.
• Review complex loan events (drawdowns, paydowns, rate resets, rollovers, PIK, restructures).
• Maintain data in Geneva and related platforms with accuracy.
