Job summary

SEI Investments in Dublin seeks an experienced Manager, Fund Accounting to lead a high-growth team delivering accurate NAVs and strong client service. You will manage day-to-day operations, build client relationships, and provide subject matter expertise on alternative fund structures and regulatory requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in fund accounting systems (Investran, Geneva) and a track record of coaching staff, driving improvements and ensuring controls.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of alternative fund structures and related investment types.
• Experience managing a portfolio of clients and overseeing daily team operations.
• Strong data management skills and attention to detail.
• ACCA qualification preferable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary senior point of contact for clients on accounting matters.
• Ensure delivery of timely and accurate NAVs.
• Ensure client service excellence and timely query resolution.
• Own root cause analysis and remediation.
• Lead department initiatives to improve operating models and efficiencies.
• Manage resource planning and collaboration across teams.
• Coach and mentor staff to build capability.
