Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across multiple residential projects in South Dublin. You will implement BIM processes, ensure model coordination, compliance with client requirements, and drive best practice across the business.

You will mentor a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians, chair coordination meetings and deliver models in line with project programmes. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Manager/Senior BIM experience in MEP/building services.
• Strong background on residential/large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models.
• Leadership and mentoring of BIM teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage BIM execution across multiple residential developments.
• Coordinate MEP models with design teams, consultants and contractors.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols and workflows.
• Review models for accuracy, clash detection and constructability.
• Chair BIM coordination meetings and resolve issues.
• Work with Project Managers, Engineers and Site teams.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Technicians.
• Ensure timely delivery of models per project programmes.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders on BIM deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital construction.
