Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a BIM Manager to lead digital delivery across multiple residential projects in South Dublin. You will implement BIM processes, ensure model coordination, compliance with client requirements, and drive best practice across the business.

You will mentor a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians, chair coordination meetings and deliver models in line with project programmes. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• Proven BIM Manager/Senior BIM experience in MEP/building services.
• Strong background on residential/large-scale projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.
• Solid knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models.
• Leadership and mentoring of BIM teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced delivery environment.

Responsibilities

About Your New Job

As BIM Manager, you will take full responsibility for the implementation and management of BIM processes across multiple residential projects. You will lead the company's digital delivery strategy, ensuring all models are coordinated, compliant and aligned with project and client requirements.

You will also play a key leadership role, managing and mentoring a team of BIM Coordinators and Technicians while driving best practice across the business.

Your Duties

• Manage and oversee BIM execution across multiple residential developments.

• Lead coordination of MEP services models with design teams, consultants and contractors.

• Develop, implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols and workflows.

• Review and validate models for accuracy, clash detection and constructability.

• Chair BIM coordination meetings and drive issue resolution.

• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Site Teams throughout project delivery.

• Manage, mentor and develop BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians.

• Ensure timely delivery of models in line with project programmes and client requirements.

• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders regarding BIM deliverables.

• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in digital construction processes.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in a BIM Manager or Senior BIM role within MEP or Building Services.

• Strong background working on residential or large-scale construction projects.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks.

• Strong understanding of BIM standards and workflows, including ISO 19650.

• Experience managing and coordinating multidisciplinary models.

• Previous experience leading, mentoring or managing BIM teams.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
