Job summary

Suir Engineering is seeking a BIM Lead for a Data Center project in Europe. Based at Citywest in a hybrid model, you will implement BIM across multiple MEP projects, ensuring standards and digital workflows are applied from design through handover.

You will mentor teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in BIM processes, contributing to major data centre, pharma and industrial projects across Europe.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum BIM experience in construction/MEP contracting.
• Proven leadership of BIM teams on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM delivery strategy across multiple MEP projects.
• Develop and implement BEPs in line with client requirements.
• Ensure ISO 19650 compliance and BIM procedures.
• Mentor BIM Coordinators and Technicians.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects and engineers.
• Monitor deliverables to meet programme milestones.
• Drive digital engineering innovation and standardisation.
