Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer for AI/ML to drive the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions from development to production.

You will lead end-to-end deployment, build robust monitoring, collaborate with AI engineers and product teams, implement MLOps, and ensure regulatory and governance requirements are met while reducing incidents and improving reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 8+ years of AI/ML operations or DevOps experience.
• Strong experience deploying and managing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms and MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models and solutions.
• Establish and maintain monitoring frameworks; detect bottlenecks and data drifts.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to define success metrics.
• Implement MLOps best practices and automation across the deployment lifecycle.
• Ensure deployments adhere to governance, risk, and security requirements.
• Lead incident response and drive root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
