Job summary

Mastercard in Ireland (Greystones) is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to oversee the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions in production.

You will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and product teams to define success metrics, implement robust monitoring, and drive CI/CD for ML workflows while adhering to governance and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience deploying and managing AI/ML solutions in production.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services and DevOps practices.
• Strong business sense and ability to translate requirements to AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and ops of AI/ML models and solutions.
• Establish monitoring and incident response for AI systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics for AI solutions.
• Drive MLOps practices and CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Ensure compliance and data governance in AI deployments.
