Job summary

Mastercard in Bray, Ireland is seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer (AI/ML) to drive the deployment, operationalization and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions. You will translate models from development to production, ensuring reliability and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

8+ years in AI/ML operations, MLOps, DevOps, or related role with production experience.
Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle from data prep to deployment and monitoring.
Experience with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
Scripting proficiency and familiarity with containerization.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
Experience with monitoring and data governance for AI/ML.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

E2E deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models and solutions.
Establish robust monitoring for deployed AI solutions and address performance bottlenecks and data drift.
Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to define success metrics and business impact.
Lead MLOps implementation and optimize deployment workflows from experimentation to production.
Work with risk, compliance, and governance teams to ensure aligned policies.
Lead incident response for AI deployments and perform root cause analysis.
