Job summary

Mastercard seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to drive the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of AI/ML solutions. Translate models from development to production, ensuring performance, reliability, and measurable business value.

In this role you will build scalable monitoring, collaborate with AI engineers and product teams, and champion MLOps practices while aligning deployments with risk and governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Data Science or related field.
• 8+ years in AI/ML operations, MLOps, or DevOps in production.
• Proficiency with AI/ML lifecycle, cloud platforms, and data security.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and operationalization of AI/ML models.
• Establish robust monitoring for deployed AI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define success metrics for AI.
• Implement MLOps practices and efficient deployment workflows.
• Work with risk/compliance to ensure policy alignment.
• Lead incident response and perform root-cause analysis.
