Job summary

Stelfox Tech Recruitment is sourcing hands-on engineers to build AI-native products in Dublin for a Global organisation. The team will deliver AI/ML production-grade solutions, including agents, RAG systems, and GenAI workflows across multiple subsidiaries.

We are seeking engineers with production experience in Python/Typescript/Go/Java, and strong platform engineering capabilities to own end-to-end development from PoC to live systems.

Qualifications

• Production AI/ML engineering experience with real-world deployments.
• Experience delivering AI agents, RAG, and GenAI solutions.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and production-grade coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end AI product development from PoC to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Build scalable AI-native platforms and tooling for internal use.
