Job summary

Stelfox Tech Recruitment is sourcing hands-on engineers to build AI-native products in Dublin for a Global organisation. The team will deliver AI/ML production-grade solutions, including agents, RAG systems, and GenAI workflows across multiple subsidiaries.

We are seeking engineers with production experience in Python/Typescript/Go/Java, and strong platform engineering capabilities to own end-to-end development from PoC to live systems.

Qualifications

Job description

Remit - We are looking to build a new engineering team in Dublin for a Global organisation that is actively identifying multiple AI prototypes via a pipeline across over 50+ subsidiaries companies who they are embracing AI / Agentic AI to create new revenue generating products as well as identify new internal products for tooling, developer platforms, AI workflows that can lead to significant value across the organisation.

Overview:

This is truly a chance to join a complete start-up team within a highly successful global organisation that will give you the chance to build real AI products from inception/PoC right through to live production where you get to own they entire end-to-end process of your work.

For this new team, we will be hiring a Hands-on Principal / Lead Engineer, 1-2 Senior engineers and mid-level engineers as we get off the ground in Q4 2026.

We are looking for Software engineers (with AI/ML experience in production) or Data Scientists (with a strong engineering background to take their models and run in a real production scenario) or AL/ML engineers.

The key element, is having experience of creating real AI agents, RAG systems, GenAI solutions or LLM powered application/solutions in recent roles. (We are not looking for researchers, but engineers who are already operating similar solutions in production).

Some general tech skills we will consider across this new team:

• Coding - Python, Typescript, Go, Java or similar
• Working with LLMs - Gemini, Claude, Gemma, GPT, Grok or others
• AI capabilities - LLMs, RAG, Agents / agentic platforms
• Platform engineering - Terraform/IaC, CI/CD tooling, Monitoring & observability
