Job summary

Stelfox is partnering with a Global Content Media provider to establish a new greenfield AI engineering team in Dublin. The Technical Program Manager will lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, coordinating with engineering and product teams to plan sprints, releases and cross-team dependencies.

You will build detailed roadmaps, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership, acting as a bridge between technical and business stakeholders in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex technical programs (AI, Data, Platform engineering).
• Strong understanding of AI/ML data science lifecycle (model experimentation, deployment, evaluation).
• Experience supporting delivery for software engineering teams (AI/ML/Data/Platform).
• Familiar with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of complex AI/platform programs.
• Partner with engineering leads to plan and track sprints, releases and cross-team dependencies.
• Build detailed delivery plans, roadmaps and status reports for senior leadership.
• Identify risks, trade-offs and delivery constraints.
• Facilitate between engineering, product, design and R&D.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and processes.
