Job summary

Archer Recruitment in Ireland is assisting a leading insurance organisation with a greenfield project to deploy AI agent systems and AI-native models. We're seeking a Lead AI Developer to own design and development of intelligent agents and end-to-end integrations.

You will join a world-class team in a startup-like environment, shaping the project from day one and driving impact at scale across data sources and AI platforms such as OpenAI and LLMs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering.
• 2+ years of direct LLM development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship AI agents end to end.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across data sources.
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents.
