Archer Recruitment is partnering with a leading global insurance organisation to deploy AI agent systems in a bold greenfield venture. We seek a Senior Python Engineer strong in backend to own the frontier of A2A technology, designing and building intelligent agents in an Azure environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or AI engineering.
• Experience with A2A architectures and RAG pipelines is essential.
• Exposure to startup environments and fast-paced delivery is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship agents end to end in Azure environment.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and data-source integrations.
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents.
