Archer Recruitment is hiring a Senior AI/ML Engineer for a brand-new Greenfield project with a leading global insurer. You’ll own the design of intelligent agents and end-to-end AI solutions, using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG tooling and Python to deliver real-world impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science, software engineering, or AI engineering.
• 2+ years direct LLM development experience.

• Create AI agents with the programming background of implementing the needed logic.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines and integrations across data sources and services.
• Design evaluation metrics and evaluation loops for LLM agents.
